Google Workspace

Current — As a Design lead on the Google Workspace Growth team, I work horizontally with several product and cross-functional teams.

  • Responsible for increasing annual revenue by identifying an opportunity to promote user trust. Working horizontally across teams I was able to leverage our relationship with the Google Drive team to make this happen.

  • This experiment led to an unexpected but delightful outcome: giving our users agency can also help drive revenue. Working on a Gmail cross-sell for Google Workspace, I was able to advocate for the user by pushing for this experiment.

  • I have led several projects on the team including expansion and enterprise growth. By working in several growth areas, I have developed a deep understanding of how we can design scalable solutions across different projects and goals.

Engine Digital, 2021 — RBW is a premier contemporary lighting manufacturer based in Brooklyn, NY. I led the strategy behind their e-commerce experience that helps designers easily explore, configure and quote products.

NBA Team Sites

Engine Digital, 2020 — I helped launch a new design system to scale across all 30 NBA team sites. Considered individual team needs while staying true to the shared business goals for the league.
